I have also come across the following ventilator manifold, but could not find the STL file in the related paper. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don’t think that manifold would work. Each patient needs a different rate of flow and pressure. Also finding 4 people who are breathing in sync is unlikely. I think it would kill 3 people if not all 4.
